Vintage Rare Cone Top Sierra + Collection Beer Can Cans Schmidt Iron City ++ Lot
SOLD $93.00 Sold: Aug 27, 2024 on eBayOriginal Listing Description
These beer cans were from my grandfather’s collection. He had them in that Stroz box you see in the last couple of pictures. They fit nice and tight, so I decided to let you have strohs beer box as part of the shipping box. They literally filled that box with only a little bit of soft padding to keep them from rattling around. If you look at the first front row, those are the older cans. As you are looking through the pictures, I flipped them over to show you both sides so that’s how they look. so make sure you look at them flipped over. The cone top can is pretty faded on one side. Make sure you look at that. The Schmidt cans are mostly opened from the bottom, which is pretty cool. I think they are in decent nice condition, I didn’t clean anything. A little bit dusty. Exactly as pictured. I think they display totally cool. I like the race car and the snowmobile and the animals. Very cool. There’s a couple of girly cans also which are pretty cool. They display nicely. And the iron city cans are also very cool.So what I did about shipping is I packed all the cans into the strohs box nicely, and then I padded where it was necessary with some paper and then I literally wrapped cardboard around the beer box to keep the cost down so it really didn’t add much to the weight. And it didn’t add anything to the size because that beer box is nice and sturdy and protects the cans nicely. I think the beer box looks pretty good. They came in the beer box so I thought it was proper that you got the box.so bottom line is make sure you look at every picture and read everything. Because this lot will arrive to you exactly as pictured. It’s packed safely and the one nice thing is 100% accurate shipping. I’m also shopping around for the lowest shipping cost, which is FedEx . Please no post office boxes because the shipping will double if I have to use USPS.Exactly as pictured empty cans, a little bit dusty, as is as found the old cans are rusty and worn.So that’s everything I could think of… They are already packed and ready to go. thanks, John
