Item: Vintage Beer For Sale is a Vintage Late 1960's STANDING FLOOR ASHTRAY REPLICA OF A PIELS "NEW ALUMINUM CAN" BEER CAN. It stands 19" Tall x 12" Wide and weighs just short of 4lbs as is. On the underside of the can is the maker's name. This item was Made by ATLAS in Brooklyn, New York. In 1967 Piels "Real Draft" introduced their Aluminum Can for the first time and surely this large Promo was something they gave out to let the public know. I am sure my photos will best further describe this item. Condition: On a scale of 1 - 10 (Ten being New in Package Only), I can confidently grade this item's condition to be a solid 7. Overall and Especially for being 50+ Years Old, this Breweriana Collectible is in Fair/Good Condition. First, it is No Less than 80% Immaculate. Any further cleaning would require strong cleaners which I'm afraid would damage the graphics. There WAS a ashtray smell to it when I found it which I have been able to completely eliminate At Least 85% with Lysol and different odor eating things. Inside it appears to be rusty, but I assure you the metal is SOLID and that is only the surface color. There are Absolutely ZERO Holes/Rot/Rust to this ashtray. When the graphics fade leaving bare silver colored metal, that quickly turns color to a rust color. There are some sporadic "Dings" which could possibly be knocked out from the inside. They didn't bother me so I didn't attempt except for one larger "Dent" on the crease that I knocked out flat at least 90%. The exterior graphics are at least 85% Pristine as the day this can was made. My photos are an accurate depiction of this item's TRUE Condition. All Shipments automatically come with Free Tracking. Priority Shipments come with $50 Insurance. The USPS Tracking# will be entered into the listing immediately after I ship your package.
