NOS GETTELMAN CONE TOP BEER CAN MILWAUKEE WI 1940s RATHSKELLER WISCONSIN VINTAGE Click Photos to Enlarge Description Here is an original 70+ YEAR OLD Gettleman "Rathskeller Milwaukee Beer cone top NOW EMPTY BEER CAN from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Talk about SCARCE.... this one has NEVER BEEN OPENED since new! IT STILL HAS THE CAP! WOW! The side of the can says "For your refreshment and pleasure.... only the finest of brewers skill and materials have gone into the brewing of this beer" Signe AG Gettleman. This has not been owned by collectors and has not seen the light of day in years! I got it just like you see it a couple years ago. I did ZERO cleaning to it! FYI "Rathskeller' is an old German term for a bar, restaurant, or "Supper Club" in a basement cellar of a building. (Very old very Wisconsin thing) I hope you can appreciate this for what it is. This unused/unopened stuff never comes up! The world was a whole different place when this can was made! I can guarantee you this is a REAL DEAL 70+ year old original! Makes for a nice display in your bar, rec room, shop, man or lady cave, coffee house, smoking room, mechanics garage, pub, tavern, etc. Would be cool to display with your Geo Walters, Adler Brau, Chief Oshkosh, Peoples Beer, Bechaud Empire Fond du Lac, Kaukauna, Gem Menasha, Pabst, Old Style, etc etc etc. This stuff is unique and very hard to find! It cannot wait to be enjoyed and appreciated UPDATE When I first listed this, it was full and never opened. Thought that was cool and never in a million years did I think anything of it. (nobody is going to open it and drink it) Someone complained to ebay so I had to pry off the cap and pour the contents down the drain. So, this is an EMPTY CAN with a cap that has been popped off and placed back on. I hated to do so but is the only way I could offer this to you via Ebay. YOU WONT FIND ANOTHER LIKE THIS!
