SOLD $435.00 Sold: Sep 16, 2023 on eBayOriginal Listing Description
I am selling an extremely rare 1936 Milwaukee Club cone top beer can. It is the much sought after, but seldom seen FBIR (flat bottom inverted rib) 4 3/4% alcohol version. Made by the Jos. Schlitz Brewing Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This was one of the first Cone top beer cans ever made. The G. Heileman and Jos. Schlitz breweries both came out with cone top cans in the fall of 1935. This can was from 1936. They canned this Milwaukee Club beer in both this flat bottom version and the normal concave bottom version. This flat bottom version is much more scarce. This can is EMPTY. It is being sold as an advertising collectible. This is an “offgrade” can. It has some corrosion, scratches, and paint loss from use and age. Please see and enlarge all photos for exact condition of the item BEFORE purchasing. This was a recent estate auction find where I acquired 4 of these cans. This is can #3. Cans #1 & #2 are already sold. Can #4 is also currently listed for sale here on eBay. If you have been wanting one of these Milwaukee Club flat bottom cone tops here is your chance.
