Miller Select Beer empty OI flat top beer can by the Miller Brewing Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Frederick Miller established the brewery in 1955; it survived Prohibition; sold to Grace in 1966. IRTP, opening instructions; super sharp colors; mostly clean seam & lids; minor scattered markings on body of can; grade one. An example is pictured on page 99-29 of the USBC book. A better example is pictured on page 533 of Kevin C. Likek's United States Beer Cans with Opening Instructions book in which he assigns this circa 1939-1940 can a "R-6/R-1" rarity rating.
