Rare WW II Olive Drab Schaefer Flat Top Beer Can. Bottom lid is black. Photos taken with flash on( Flash Highlights Imperfections). i AM VERY SORRY FOR THIS. HOWEVER IT IS NOT MY FAULT! TOP OPENED.
This olive drab colored can has great looking graphics. Graphics are readable on all sides, flat top on both sides looks great, can is empty. Paint looks sharp with very minor scratches scuffs here and there.
This is the 2nd and last of these WWII Schaefer beer cans that I have. It is sealed Sealed But Empty. Issued by the US Army during WWII. Has the 3 patent numbers, see photo #7. Bottom is stamped P 105.
This old Beer Can is excellent condition. I believe that this Can dates from the 1940's or so, and I am sure you will know. Included here is (1) Schaefer Light flat top Beer can of long ago. This 12oz. can is top opened and still retains both factory lids(woodgrain lid). Excellent red, black, and brown coloring. This can has no rust, no dents, and very few scuffs or scratches. I see a couple of small face scratches, feel a ding, or micro ripple only. It is very close to mint in condition. This can has all over glossy surfaces with little age, as this is a gem. Strong metallic silver bands, marked F.M. Schaefer brewing, New York, NY. This can is very similar to the WWII Olive Drab label. My 17 closeup photos are very true to life. Hopefully someone needs this to complete their collection. Too cool to pass up! Guaranteed 100% old and original. A must for the old flat top can or Schaefer collector. Buyer pays $6.50 carefully boxed shipping within the U.S. **Check out my other old item auction ending now** (Condition: Pre-Owned)
