1947 Neuweiler Pilsener Quart Beer Can Allentown PA Grade 1++ NEUWEILER"S
Up for Bid is a Neuweiler Pilsener Quart Beer Can. From Neuweiler Brewing Company of Allentown, Pennsylvania. (Louis F Neuweiler and Sons). The Copyright on Can reads 1947. Can is empty. This is the last can from my collection. Bought it from dealer at Renninger's Antique Market in Admanstown, Pennyslvania. I will be listing a 1901 Nuding & Neuweiler Brewing Company Factory Scene (on South 7th Street) lithograph in the Fall. Also listing two different Nuding Beer Labels circa 1890's that came from the Bob Kay Collection Condition: Grade 1++, See Pictures. Has some small scratches or nicks. See area back of can where in reads Cap Sealed on bottom right of Seam. The cone retains 70% or so of the gold finish. 90% or so gold finish on Bottom. Last 5 pictures show the condition of the gold finish. Condition, Condition, Condition. Nice Grade 1++ can. Wonderful to see a can with this design survive 77 years in this condition. Feel free to request more pictures Pennsylvania Dutch theme in design. Bright colors of orange, yellow, blue, tan, black and white. The Blue color makes the design pop with the Neuweiler trademark Eagle in the center. This design on a Quart size beer can makes it very attractive and eye catching. I FIRST STARTED COLLECTING CANS AS A KID IN 1977 WHEN I GREW UP IN DALLAS. IT WAS OLIVE BROWN/GREEN IN COLOR AND I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GOLD CAN. AFTER WASHING IT OFF IT WAS STILL BROWN AND WHEN WASHING OUT THE DIRT INSIDE OF IT, I GOT ANOTHER SHOCK WHEN 2 LIVE SCORPIONS WASHED OUT OF THE CAN ON TO MY DRIVEWAY.

The can is in great shape and would be a fantastic addition to any beer can collection. The can design boasts a gold top with bold gold and white lettering, showcasing the GB Pilsner brand. This piece of beer history is a must-have for any serious collector.On Dec-11-23 at 14:55:28 PST, seller added the following DETAIL: the vast majority of the front label is original, just a couple small spots in main front label area have touchup. There is touchup to the black (or super dark blue) in narrow areas around both rims, a few spots in the same color left of seam, and most of the same color above and below the gold right of the seam. 1940s Storz Gold Crest Beer Flat Top Beer Can IRTP Vintage Unrestored Omaha VG+
eBay This is a vintage original c.1940s Storz Gold Crest Beer punch top or flat top style beer can. The can is printed “Storz Brewing Company, Omaha, Nebraska” and has a 1940 copyright printed on the label. Also printed on the can is “Contents 12 Fluid Ounces” and “Internal Revenue Tax Paid”. Also printed along the seam of the can is the KEGLINED logo and a trademark to the American Can Company. This can is empty with two punches on the bottom of the bottom of the can. Some additional advertising text on Storz beer is printed on the back of the can under the heading Slow Aged. This can is fresh to the market from a recently discovered cache of vintage beer cans as is in excellent condition with just light handling wear. This can has not been restored or altered in any way.
