Payment Special Notes 1. - If you want to buy more than one item, please put the items in the Ebay CART, and then request a combined invoice so we can determine the proper postage and proper shipping value. 2. - If you are viewing this listing on your phone, sometimes only one photo will display / or if you are viewing this on your computer, sometimes only one photo will display at the top and there are likely more photos in the body of the listing. Shipping We tried doing listings with minimal policy & process info in the past and since there were many potential bidders with the same questions, we are again showing the detailed info about our policies. - Potential International Bidders / Buyers --- International shipments will be considered as NON-RETURNABLE. - We have decided to limit International bidders due to the very high shipping costs, the larger box required for the customs papers, the potential for non-delivery claims and we will consider both your Ebay Feedback ratings and your time on Ebay. - if you want to bid. - Please use the Ebay Global Shipping Program or one of the indirect bidding / delivery services offered to international bidders or contact us on the item you wish to bid on. - (added 31 Jan 2022) Our Ebay seller policy (for international sales and US sales) is that we try to accurately describe the item and provide adequate photos and that all purchases are final, there are no returns, no refunds, no not as described claims, and no stopped payments (after the item has been shipped). - Also the feedback history of some buyers may appear to be limited or weak and we reserve the right to cancel a sale. - International shipping (direct to Canada) defaults to Priority Mail and First Class could be available for most items (under 4 pounds) when we send an invoice. (added 31 Jan 2022) A special item allowing direct shipping to Canada and some other countries has been created (title - Specialized Service) to minimize your shipping costs (especially if you purchased several items). - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or in the shipping costs since those charges are the responsibility of the buyer. - We do not mark merchandise values below the ending value or mark items as gifts. - Shipping was determined by the estimated weight of the item and the planned box. - We will ALWAYS combine shipping on multiple items to minimize your final shipping cost, plus we try to list similar items so you can buy more items with a lower overall shipping cost per item. - Local pick-up is also available, but we will need to collect the required Iowa Sales Tax. - If you have multiple items, we will package your items and obtain a COMBINED SHIPPING TOTAL (usually done the next day or two after the items have closed depending upon how many items must be processed) and we will then send you an updated invoice with the proper shipping total. - If you pay immediately via PayPal (before a combined total is determined), excess shipping is refunded when the items are shipped. - Please advise us if you are planning to bid on additional items so that we CAN WAIT and combine shipping for you. - Items are normally shipped the next business day along with your shipping notification. - YOUR TRACKING NUMBER and delivery status will appear on the Ebay page of your item(s) under VIEW ORDER DETAILS and you will see the date and time your item was accepted at the local Post Office and where your item is currently in the delivery process. Terms of Sale - We normally get a number of requests to end an item(s) early and there are usually several bidders watching the item, but they do not always bid at the end (just lookers !). - Once a listing has been released, and in fairness to all, we do not end listings early. - If you want to purchase an unsold item, we will then relist the item and release the item at your pre-determined time or the item might have been transferred into our Ebay Store for immediate purchase. - Ebay has 3 categories for returns that are either - 30 days - 60 days or - No Returns. We have selected - No Returns - . Although our ebay listing pages show NO RETURNS, we will accept the return of an item if we have inaccurately described the item or if we have made some type of error. - We are easy to work with. - Please return items in their original condition and adequately repackaged. - Some earlier listings might not have been updated yet and still may show a time frame for returns. - International shipments will be considered as NON-RETURNABLE. - Refunds will be allowed for only the purchase price of the item and for the initial shipping, but NOT for the return shipping. About Us - We try to inspect each item closely and sometimes the description might sound worse than the item actually is, but we try to be accurate. We re-inspect, package properly and rely on the US Postal Service or other shipping service to safely deliver your item. - The response to questions will appear at the bottom of the listing and If you use your name or Ebay ID or if you indicated a value in the question, we will not post the info on the EBAY listing. - Any ebay questions received after a specific item ends come in as a general question, but do not show or identify the specific item you are asking about. - We are retired and have been collecting / selling beer & soda and advertising items since the late 1960s and other antiques & collectibles since the late 1970s and we have many boxes of stuff that have been packed away (some for 30+ years). Contact Us - If you have a concern or if there is a problem with an item, please contact us vis the ebay system. RARE PIELS BEER Floor Ashtray Tobacciana Aluminum Can 19" Breweriana CLEAN

eBay Comes Free A Clean Pandemic Free Household Guaranteed RETURNS UPDATE January 1, 2021: Returns are ONLY accepted if Seller was Negligent in Description. I cannot accept returns as readily as before due to the Pandemic. Both for my safety and my buyers, I cannot risk infected items being sent back to my household. Please be double sure you have read WHOLE Listing and ask questions before making purchase. Item: Vintage Beer For Sale is a Vintage Late 1960's STANDING FLOOR ASHTRAY REPLICA OF A PIELS "NEW ALUMINUM CAN" BEER CAN. It stands 19" Tall x 12" Wide and weighs just short of 4lbs as is. On the underside of the can is the maker's name. This item was Made by ATLAS in Brooklyn, New York. In 1967 Piels "Real Draft" introduced their Aluminum Can for the first time and surely this large Promo was something they gave out to let the public know. I am sure my photos will best further describe this item. Condition: On a scale of 1 - 10 (Ten being New in Package Only), I can confidently grade this item's condition to be a solid 7. Overall and Especially for being 50+ Years Old, this Breweriana Collectible is in Fair/Good Condition. First, it is No Less than 80% Immaculate. Any further cleaning would require strong cleaners which I'm afraid would damage the graphics. There WAS a ashtray smell to it when I found it which I have been able to completely eliminate At Least 85% with Lysol and different odor eating things. Inside it appears to be rusty, but I assure you the metal is SOLID and that is only the surface color. There are Absolutely ZERO Holes/Rot/Rust to this ashtray. When the graphics fade leaving bare silver colored metal, that quickly turns color to a rust color. There are some sporadic "Dings" which could possibly be knocked out from the inside. They didn't bother me so I didn't attempt except for one larger "Dent" on the crease that I knocked out flat at least 90%. The exterior graphics are at least 85% Pristine as the day this can was made. My photos are an accurate depiction of this item's TRUE Condition. All Shipments automatically come with Free Tracking. Priority Shipments come with $50 Insurance. The USPS Tracking# will be entered into the listing immediately after I ship your package. Shipping is based SOLELY on Dimensions of Packed Item & Buyer's Zip Code. I am totally against profiting on shipping. Shipping: 90% of all items will be shipped in 36hrs or less (usually the same/next day) unless the item is paid for on a Saturday. The Post Office is closed on Sunday so shipping will begin again on Monday. No international shipping unless done through Ebay's Global Shipping Program. RETURNS UPDATE January 1, 2021: Returns are ONLY accepted if Seller was Negligent in Description. I cannot accept returns as readily as before due to the Pandemic. Both for my safety and my buyers, I cannot risk infected items being sent back to my household. Please be double sure you have read WHOLE Listing and ask questions before making purchase. Thank you for looking at my listing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. PLEASE NOTE: I do my best to provide you with the best values. Customers normally pay only the actual shipping charges as determined by the shipping company (usually USPS). Please E-mail specific questions prior to bidding. If any problems arise, please give me the opportunity to fix it first before you leave negative feedback. Returns are accepted ONLY if it is determined that the item is significantly different from what was described in the listing. I am very proud of my long history of customer satisfaction. Please read my feedback. Many of the items I sell are vintage, so it is sometimes impractical to describe every flaw and imperfection, but I will try to give the most accurate description I can. Photos are an important part of the description; questions and clarifications are encouraged and welcome.TERMS: The buyer will please contact me within 3 days either with payment or notification as to when payment will be sent. Payment must be received within 5 days after the auction ends. Insurance will be included on breakable or valuable items ($40 or higher), or if requested prior to payment. I highly suggest you choose expedited shipping on fragile items. The shorter amount of time it is in the Postal System, the better chance it will arrive safely. I pack each item as if it is the "Holy Grail" but accidents do happen from time to time. By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to take photos of the item and the box if it arrives damaged. I need those photos for Postal Insurance Claims. The Tracking # will be added to the listing as soon as I return home from shipping the item. I am always striving for a five star feedback. My goal is to make you happy with your purchase. So, if for any reason you are unhappyplease contact me before leaving any negative feedback.I always leave positive feedback for my buyersand I am hoping to earn five stars from you.Thank you!
