Up for Bid is a Neuweiler Pilsener Quart Beer Can. From Neuweiler Brewing Company of Allentown, Pennsylvania. (Louis F Neuweiler and Sons). The Copyright on Can reads 1947. Can is empty. This is the last can from my collection. Bought it from dealer at Renninger's Antique Market in Admanstown, Pennyslvania. I will be listing a 1901 Nuding & Neuweiler Brewing Company Factory Scene (on South 7th Street) lithograph in the Fall. Also listing two different Nuding Beer Labels circa 1890's that came from the Bob Kay Collection Condition: Grade 1++, See Pictures. Has some small scratches or nicks. See area back of can where in reads Cap Sealed on bottom right of Seam. The cone retains 70% or so of the gold finish. 90% or so gold finish on Bottom. Last 5 pictures show the condition of the gold finish. Condition, Condition, Condition. Nice Grade 1++ can. Wonderful to see a can with this design survive 77 years in this condition. Feel free to request more pictures Pennsylvania Dutch theme in design. Bright colors of orange, yellow, blue, tan, black and white. The Blue color makes the design pop with the Neuweiler trademark Eagle in the center. This design on a Quart size beer can makes it very attractive and eye catching.
